Software QA / Process Manager

Responsibilities :

•Maintain company ISO9001:2000
•Define efficient software development processes
•Refine existing processes for process improvement
•Tailoring process to match specific needs of project
•Educating and mentoring project members on process related issues
•Ensuring valuable project experience are collected and fed back into the process
•Assist the project manager in planning the project
•Monitor and conduct regular audits on projects to ensure adherence to process
•Collect and analyze statistics for process improvement
•Prepare Software Quality Assurance Plan
•Prepare Software Configuration Management Plan

Requirements:

•Degree/Diploma in any discipline
•3 – 5 years of related working experiences
•Possess an ISO9001:2000 certification as a trained internal auditor
•In depth understanding of the process definition to be able to make informed considerations when tailoring the process to suit specific software project
•Have multiple experiences working on the full lifecycle of software development projects
•Good communication and people skills
•Have a good command in spoken and written English
•Able to speak Chinese
