Assistant Executive (Inventory)

Responsibilities:

•You will be providing operational and administrative support for the organisation involving the inventory and document control.
•Other administrative roles include the management / tracking of purchase orders, monitoring of on–line helpdesk relating to new equipment delivery and maintaining and coordination of inventory to ensure continual usage of equipment / facility from one project to another.
•Besides the above operational involvement, you will be assigned with other activity-based tasks which include assisting the manager in maintaining and updating of any operational procedures, monitoring the usage of various equipment / facility and also streamlining the process of inventory management.

Requirements:

•Diploma in business and / or equivalent years of experience.
•At least 1 year of working experience.
•Proficient in MS office skills.
•Team player and willing to share knowledge.
•Impeccable integrity.
•Strong customer focus.
•Good interpersonal skill.
•Previous experience in inventory management will be an added advantage.
