Customer Service Engineer (IT Helpdesk)

Salary: $2100

Responsibilities:

•Handle a wide scope of operational enquiries from users such as PC / laptop / blackberry phones / intranet usage etc.
•Act as a window between users and IT Department.
•Provide training to new staff and regional offices on basic IT knowledge.
•Keep proper filing and documentation.

Requirements:

•Polytechnic Diploma Holder with minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience as IT Helpdesk
•Well-versed in Microsoft Office
•Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
