Assistant HR Manager/Town area

Responsibilities:

•Your key role is to provide support to the Human Resource Manager in full spectrum of human Resource functions including recruitment
•Manpower planning
•Talent acquisition and retention
•Implementation of HR initiatives
•Employee relations and performance management.
•You should be able to perform consultancy service to line managers to support the business needs
•Involve in champion employee engagement in order to provide excellence support for the employees growth and development.

Requirements:

•To succeed in this role, you must possess Degree in Human Resource Management coupled with at least 5 years of HR experience in full spectrum.
•You should be meticulous and independent team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•You should be able to work with all levels of staff in a fast-paced and multiple business activities environment
