IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:

•Provide on-site desktop support for our customers
•Setup Computers, Peripherals and Applications
•Troubleshoot Computers, Peripherals and Network Infrastructure
•Manage desktops of the assigned customer accounts

Requirements:

•ITE/Diploma and above in IT related fields
•Minimum 1 year experience in handling PC Hardware and common Desktop Applications, Internet and server knowledge
•Fresh graduates with KEEN interest in IT field in Systems/Network support, with proven good technical handling skills are welcome to apply
