Japanese Speaking Order Mangement Lead

Responsibilities:

•Premier order processing for all Asia
•Manage, train and supervise the processing team, ensuring they are equipped with the appropriate level of knowledge to perform day-to-day processing tasks
•Manage daily processing operations and drive issue resolution for programs
•Review and update processes to ensure alignment with Program offerings and SOX requirements and eliminate/reduce re-occurring processing issues
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and/or automation
•Ensure processes are documented and documentation are kept up-to-date
•Accountable for Scorecard Processing metrics (e.g. meeting SLA requirements, processing cycle time, revenue left on table)
•Processing team resource management

Requirements:

•A minimum Bachelor of Finance degree plus 3-4 year of relevant experience or 4-5 years of related experience in lieu of degree is required
•Knowledge of all aspects of International Exporting, Operations environments and International Customer Service
•Candidates must exhibit high levels of analytical and organizational skills combined with interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
•Previous experience with Order Management processes also required
•Ability to work under deadline while maintaining effective working relationships with customers, freight forwarders and colleagues is essential
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being versatile and productive required
•Excellent knowledge of PC Applications (Excel, Word, SAP)
•Business Level Japanese (JLPT2) equivalent.
