Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

•Take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractual obligations
•Dealing matters with contractors (in-house and external), coordinate the project in order to keep the project in a state of good and operational condition and in compliance of all relevant legislation, standards and requirements governing the maintenance and management of buildings in Singapore
•To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out.
•Recommendation on M&E and building services to enhance the reliability and feasibility to clients
•Attending all meetings such as Projects, Management, Staff matters, Energy
•Management, Operation Meeting etc
•Monitor the team performance to improve staff’s morale, unity and loyalty to meet clients’ requirements and satisfaction
•Monitor and check contractor’s performance and ensure short down time & improve contractors’ standard of work
•Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

•Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in supervisory role.
•Certificate in Fire Safety Manager preferred
•Candidates with knowledge on Workplace Safety and Health Regulation and Boilers Maintenance would be an advantage.
•Working Location: East
•Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am to 6.00pm) Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
• Nationality: Singaporean/PR/Malaysian
