Telemarketers

Responsibilities:

•Making outbound calls to given list of prospective customers
•Telemarketing potential customers on the company’s products/services
•Understand customers’ needs and promote company’s product/services to them
•Promoting programs and campaigns

Requirements:

•Minimum 'N' Level/ Nitec/ 'O' Level
•Bilingual and fluent in English and Mandarin.
•Experience in telemarketing/call centre will be an added advantage
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Strong customer service
•Ambitious, positive and cheerful personality
